Wedding Price Guide 2012
A full days shoot from capturing the getting ready to the first dance and all the precious moments £900 (please check for ½ day rates). Nighttime party is extra depending on the start time of the wedding.
There are no hidden costs; all my expenses and insurance is included in the price.
The cost includes a disc of over 500 images; these images are also uploaded to a private web gallery for family and friends to access – from here they can be sent to a professional printer, shared on social media or downloaded and printed at home.
The price includes any additional time visiting the venue – I may suggest accompanying you to the location in advance to take a few pre-wedding shots and plan the best angles.
Before the big day
Your wedding is important to me and I want to do my part to capture the wonderful memories your family and friends will create.
I love to be in regular contact with my clients – especially if you send me any photographs you are fond of – I use these to make a mood board which helps us to get a sense of the ‘look and feel’ of your wedding.
Before the big day I will need a scheduling plan of the day’s events and a list of any family shots you must have. I am a reportage photographer and I will capture they day as it unfolds, but as standard I will organise such classic shots such as:
• The Bride and Groom
• All the bridesmaids
• The first dance
• The Groom and best man
• Group shots of everybody
Throughout the day I will be looking for opportunities to capture other family shots, if there any shots you must have eg. all the aunties or friend group shots, please let me know beforehand.
The Wedding Album
Many people like to make their own albums so a disc is included in the price. A photo album is optional and you may wish to wait until after the wedding to decide, I will look after your images securely in storage online. My preferred album style is a hardback book created with ‘Blurb’; this is professional service that allows people to access and order special print runs on-line.
This costs £150 for one book. Copies are then made available costing £30 – £60, depending on the number of pages and paper quality. If you would like to alternative handmade and bespoke albums, I can arrange this for you depending on your requirements. Cost can vary greatly, but a budget can be agreed beforehand.
Prints and Canvases
I can hand make any canvasses to any size using the latest long lasting archival inks, this can be agreed at any time, please ask for a separate price guide.
Deposit
I will require a deposit of £150 to secure the date for your wedding. The final balance is due two weeks before the wedding. I am happy to agree a suitable instalment
plan at a charge of 10% of the final balance. You may pay by BACS, Pay Pal, cash and cheque. Images on a CD will not be released until the balance has been paid, the images will be available on line within two weeks of the wedding.
I am fully insured, but I suggest you also have your own wedding insurance.
Bad Weather
I have a portable lighting kit available for indoor photography. The rain can give some fabulous opportunities to be creative and the sun between showers can often give the best light.
Evening Studio + Dressing Up Box
Fancy some studio photography for the evening? I have a portable studio lighting kit and can provide a dressing up box for your family and friends to get creative at your event. This costs £100 for one hour; this will give about 200 or more extra pictures.
Your Wedding Flowers Captured
Capture your flowers forever by having them studio photographed, make them into unique canvasses for your home, make them into thank-you cards or use on your desktop, £150 for twenty high-quality images for your use, royalty free. Canvas prints and packages can be designed at your request.

Lets meet up, share ideas and discuss options. I am happy to meet at a location or come to your home with more samples of my work, with no obligation. Once you are completely happy, and paid a deposit, your wedding day photography is in safe hands and you can breathe a sigh of relief, knowing you are going to have some amazing memories.
